What we can offer to employees
A home visit service
Our specialist Legal Consultants will visit your employees in the comfort of their own home. The appointments are available seven days a week, daytime and evening, meaning we can fit in with their schedule. During the appointment our consultants will take the time to understand your employee’s personal circumstances and wishes.
An easier way to make their Will
Many companies and unions who already offer Will writing as part of their benefits package do so only as a “DIY” form-filling pack. These forms are entirely prescriptive, do not offer any guidance and mistakes can easily be made which could invalidate the Will. Our aim is to provide easy to understand advice and guidance, face to face, in a relaxed setting.
Preferential Rates
Your employees can expect to receive up to 40% off the cost of either a single or mirror Will, and 15% discount on our additional services. Additional services are offered depending on our clients’ circumstances and what they want their Wills to achieve.
Types of employee benefit schemes
Voluntary Benefit
Once the service has been set up and promoted through the company, your employees are free to contact WSL to arrange an appointment. Payments are made directly to WSL and therefore the benefit incurs a very small amount of work and no extra cost for HR departments.
Flexible Benefit
Employees select the benefit during their benefits window and once we have received their details from you we will contact them to arrange their appointment. Instead of the employee paying WSL directly, payment is taken month by month from the employees’ salary.

A company specific telephone number will be allocated so that your employees can call in to discuss any queries they may have.

Promotional literature will be provided to help publicise the benefit to your employees, as well as a range of helpful information.
Benefit fairs
We will discuss the benefits of holding fairs or seminars at your office to allow your employees to ask questions about the process.
