I found the will writing service was very thorough and everything was carefully explained to me. It felt more comfortable not having to go to an office but having it conducted in my own home. I would definitely recommend you to family and friends.

We had a very good experience with the Legal Consultant that visited us at home for the purpose of writing a new will. He was very helpful and clarified many questions we had along the way, which made it possible for us to make the right decisions regarding how we wanted our will to be written.

Mr Man made a number of useful suggestions which I incorporarted into my will.
However, when the will was complete he rapidly went on to talk me - at high speed for 2 hours - into taking out a lasting power of attorney and estate planning assistance for life. While these are policies I would have considered, I was shocked to be charged £2074 !
I was subjected to high pressure salesmanship, and not given time to think things through or investigate the costs of the additional services by other companies, so I would not recommend this service.

I was visited by Tony Epsome at my home and the appointment time was spot on. Tony introduced himself upon arrival and was very friendly and professional, he went through the WILL process and all the necessary facts. As I already had a WILL it was purely changing details and update address and Tony advised and informed me of different things that could happen or be contested through out the writing of the updated WILL. After just over an hour all was completed and re-read back to confirm all what I had asked for was correct, paid the amount and everything was good. Very easy process and no very much at ease with Tony. And more so no worries left for the future. Well done Tony, excellent service.

Appointment was good, signed up as a life time member have chased our wills it’s been over 1.5 months and nothing has arrived yet we have paid lots of money. Happy to update this review if you can please tell me where our wills are rather than saying they will be with you soon. Starting to think I have used the wrong company atm please prove me wrong. This was promptly rectified the issue was Royal Mail thank you I have amended my review rating as promised.
